Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Orders are delivered to parcel terminals (Omniva, DPD, LP Express) within 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Custom or imported items may take 5-30 business days — estimated delivery time is shown on each product page.

You will receive an SMS and email notification when your parcel arrives at the terminal. Please collect your parcel within 72 hours of delivery notification.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, note it on the courier's delivery confirmation before signing. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

If you received wrong items, wrong size or color — contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Returns

You may return unused items in original packaging within 3 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
